Firm Overview
BKI currently owns and operates residential real estate in California, Arizona, Missouri, Illinois, and Tennessee. Established in 2019, we own a mix of proprties that includes single & multi-familly residental as well as an ocassional raw land development deal.
Our primary area of focus is providing fit-to-purpose furnished housing solutions to Corporate, Healthcare, Government, and Higher Education clients. Working with BKI on your furnished housing program will ensure you have the right amenities, location, and lease terms to meet the needs of your stakeholders. Our goal is to allow both you and your residents to sleep well at night.

Since I was 11 years old, I've always aspired to be an investor and entrepreneur. Inspired by my grandfather, who invested in residential real estate in Chicago, and my parents, who owned and operated restaurants during my childhood, I decided early on that investing and entrepreneurship would be my path. Reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki when I was 11 cemented my decision.
I studied Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara, which led to roles in Finance and Operations at Amgen. There, I learned how large organizations operate and how to be effective in those environments. During COVID, I joined the leadership team at StackBlitz, an SF-based tech startup, and currently serve as Chief of Staff to the CEO in addition to my role at BKI. During my tenure, I founded our enterprise sales motion and landed our first enterprise customers, including Fidelity, FICO, Morgan Stanley, Visa, Surescripts, JP Morgan, and GE Healthcare. This initial go-to-market success led to a $22M Series A fundraising round in March 2023, with investors including Greylock, Google Ventures, and Insight Partners.
The BKI partnership group, founded in December 2019, owns 14+ properties across the continental United States and is always looking for prudent opportunities for expansion.
Personally I am interested in partnerhsip opportunities with others where my experience with complex enterprise sales processes, raising capital, tech startup strategy, and operations can accelerate their existing strategies and create win-win opportunities to scale faster together.
